Shipping Costs
We pay the shipping costs for each order. All our products are delivered to your home free of charge. In addition, there is no minimum order quantity. Therefore, delivery times may be slightly longer than what you are used to.

Once an order is placed, we need 1 - 3 business days to process the order. During the week it takes one business day, but if you order on a Friday night or weekend, it may take a little longer.

Canceling An Order
Once an order is placed, it is immediately prepared for shipment by our automated systems. Therefore, unfortunately, it is not possible to cancel a completed order. If you have concerns about the product you receive, we offer a hassle-free return process. You have the right to return your order within 30 days of receipt and receive a full refund.
